The consulting and technology company known as ICF SH&E since 2007 has rebranded and is now known as ICF International.
ICF acquired Simat, Helliesen & Eichner Inc. in 2007 and has successfully integrated the company, company officials say. Operating as ICF International allows the company’s aviation and aerospace expertise to be combined with an expanded set of services offered by ICF, including digital and interactive technology, emergency preparedness, energy efficiency and sustainability.
“These enhanced offerings significantly increase the company’s ability to provide solutions to the challenges facing aviation and aerospace clients around the world,” says Kevin Michaels, vice president.
Adds Executive Vice President Sergio Ostria: “Changing the name of ICF SH&E to ICF International helps build ICF brand recognition in the aviation and aerospace industry worldwide. This change will support continued development and success for ICF’s more than 4,500 employees, resulting in more opportunity to address challenging aviation and aerospace issues around the globe.”
