IND Adds Double Robot To Enhance Customer Service

Indianapolis International (IND) has introduced a new tool for improving customer service at the airport, the Double Robot.

The mobile platform, created by Double Robotics, allows IND Guest Services staff in any location to check on and interact with passengers throughout the terminal through its on-board iPad. The robotic guide on rollers will be able to help resolve issues during unusual events outside of normal Guest Services hours.

“Great customer service comes in many forms,” says Mario Rodriguez, executive director of IND, adding that the Double Robot “adds a cutting-edge tool that our staff can use” to extend IND’s already award-winning service.
