Pat Banducci has joined the food and beverage operator SSP America as its new chief operating officer.
Banducci will be responsible for operational aspects of SSP America’s restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. He’ll lead implementation and execution of operational initiatives and training programs to create the structure and staffing resources necessary to support SSP’s ongoing growth.
Prior to joining SSP, Banducci had been the principal with Airport Hospitality Advisors, a travel dining and retail consulting firm that offered strategic business development and operations advice to airport concessionaires. Before that, he spent 22 years in various positions at HMSHost Corp.
