The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission (“Commission”) invites qualified and responsible companies to submit sealed bids for the management and operation of rental car concessions at and from the terminal building at Roanoke Blacksburg Regional Airport. Up to five Concession Agreements and Leases may be awarded. All bids must be submitted to the Commission in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Invitation Packet.
