San Francisco International Airport is now accepting bids for the Domestic Parking Garage Food Truck Lease. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
The Lease is intended to operate a mobile catering truck at the Garage Taxi Staging Area of the Domestic Parking Terminal for the sale of hot and cold foods as customarily sold from mobile catering trucks. The proposed minimum acceptable bid amount is $35,000.00. The proposed term for this Lease is two years, plus two (2) one-year options, exercisable by the Airport Commission in its sole and absolute discretion. Annual Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee or 10% of Gross Revenues.
