jetBlue Nearing Final Decisions at JFK

Due to the overwhelming number of responses to the retail and food RFP issued by jetBlue Airways for it’s new terminal at JFK International, the decision making process has taken longer than anticipated, according to Raymond Smyth, supervisor of concessions for jetBlue. “We’re getting close to making a decision. We received a tremendous amount of responses to the RFP,” he notes.  “It was much more than we originally anticipated, and as a result, it has taken a while to review and narrow down the best proposals.  I am expecting to have a decision before the New Year.”
