THE POSITON
In the role of Airport Leasing Agent you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic and effective merchandising plans that increase customer engagement and satisfaction, drive sales to Westfield Airports’ restaurants and retailers, and differentiate Westfield from our competitors. You will also partner with your leasing peers across shopping centers, corporate teams, the local asset team, operational teams and senior leadership to develop and customize leasing strategies that transform the traveler’s experience, surprise and delight journeyer’s through the carefully balanced curation of physical and digital experiences and maximize commercial value. The position requires strong partnership and prioritization skills to manage stakeholder expectations as well as a great working knowledge of brands, markets, trends and consumer insights.
