The Louisville Regional Airport Authority, which operates Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) has promoted Noel Jolly to the newly created position of chief of staff. Jolly will focus on advancing high-level strategic priorities that are impactful to the executive director and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
“Noel’s in-depth knowledge, understanding and relationships within the organization as well as key stakeholders and the community, make her an ideal fit for this new role,” said Dan Mann, executive director. “I’m confident she will continue to be an asset and help advance both the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and Bowman Field.”
As chief of staff, Jolly will work closely with Mann and provide support for the organization’s leadership. She will also serve as the Airport Authority Board liaison as well as govern the annual budget cycle and its process, manage meeting preparation such as the development of materials and lead quarterly business reviews.
Jolly has been with the Airport Authority for more than 15 years, previously serving as the assistant to the executive director and Board under Mann as well as previous executive director C.T. “Skip” Miller.
