Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Landside Real Estate Director to direct the development, acquisition, leasing and property management of the Airport’s landside real property and facilities.
You will be responsible for the following: 1) managing all landside revenue and lease agreements at DEN, except for the airline properties, but including tenant farming and oil & gas program administration; 2) coordinating landside property activities with DEN Real Estate; 3) developing and maintaining relationships with local and corporate tenant partners; 4) being the DEN internal subject matter expert regarding this area of the business and coordinates with other DEN divisions effectively and on a timely basis.
Education Requirement:
Baccalaureate Degree or higher in business, real estate, marketing, retail management or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
Three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate development.
Education/Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
