Mark Lobel has joined Jacobs as a customer experience expert for transit architecture. Lobel is based in Dallas and will work with a global clientele. Prior to joining Jacobs, Lobel worked for Corgan, another global architecture and design firm.
Over the last decade, Lobel has worked on high-profile projects at large airports, both in the United States and internationally, to help improve the travel experience for passengers through enhanced shopping, dining and entertainment design while seeking creative ways for airports to generate additional non-aviation revenues. In addition to airports, his work now extends into large scale transit related projects.
“Mark’s passion for improving service to the traveling public will serve our clients well,” says Lisa Chill, director for Jacobs Interior Solutions – South. “His thoughtful approach to design and how it helps transportation facilities maximize their resources helps solidify our position as a trusted advisor across all aspects of the transit industry.”
