Modmarket, a Colorado-based eatery featuring fresh, healthy dining options, has opened on the B Concourse at Denver International (DEN).
The 900-square-foot restaurant offers a seasonally changing menu that includes farm-fresh salads, pizzas made with whole-grain dough, scratch-made soups and toasted sandwiches.
“Denver International Airport continues to cultivate an impressive selection of shopping and dining experiences as we re-imagine our concessions program,” says Kim Day, CEO at DEN. “Modmarket is a healthy local brand that will provide our travelers with another taste of the flourishing Denver food scene.”
The airport location is Modmarket’s ninth in Colorado. It is operated by Tastes Denver, a partnership between Tastes on the Fly and IRG LLC. A second airport location is expected to open in the spring on the C Concourse.
