Apple fans soon will have a new store in which they can play at Toronto Pearson International (YYZ).
LS Travel Retail is set to open the airport’s second location in October in Terminal 3, near Gate B26.
“Building on the success achieved in Terminal 1, we are confident that this exciting concept will equally resonate with the travelers and the airport workers in Terminal 3”, says Gerry Savaria, president and CEO of LS Travel Retail North America.
The store will offer personal mobile electronic hardware and accessories, including laptops, tablets, e-readers, cameras and portable games from brands such as Apple, Sony, Monster, Sennheiser, Kobo and Targus. Store employees are available to assist shoppers, who are encouraged to test out the merchandise at demonstration tables.
“We have made a promise to our guests to provide exciting and innovative shops and services at the airport,” says Pamela Griffith-Jones, chief marketing and commercial officer for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. “Guests in Terminal 1 love the addition of the iStore, and we’re excited to be able to bring the store to Terminal 3, as well, for our guests to enjoy.”
Mike Battat, president of iStore, says the company looks forward to the second YYZ store.
“Together with our partners at LS Travel Retail, we plan to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a carefully selected range of electronics and digital lifestyle accessories to travelers and airport employees,” he says.
