MAG USA this week said it has rolled out its GOairport parking platform at Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) so travelers can now reserve and pay for parking in advance.
GOairport, now on the Houston Airport System Fly2Houston website, is a reservation and e-commerce system for parking, hospitality and ancillary product that lets passengers avoid human or surface contact from pushing a button and pulling a ticket when entering, or interacting with a parking booth attendant at the exit.
“We’re here to help airports very quickly recover and grow non-aeronautical revenue while improving the customer experience across the entire customer journey” said Martin Jones, CEO of MAG USA. “With GOairport, our partners quickly benefit from more people parking and parking for longer which delivers higher revenues and more satisfied customers.”
MAG USA says GOairport not only leads to a better, safer parking experience for consumers, it also enables airports to target and maximize income on a per passenger basis and drive incremental value.
“Houston Airports has made it a priority to implement and activate touchless systems throughout the airport experience to help reduce the spread of COVID-19,” said Walt Gray, Houston Airports’ commercial development parking director. “GOairport not only gives passengers a fast and stress-free way of making a parking reservation, it also allows the touchless airport experience to happen even before you reach our parking facilities. Convenience and safety is a win-win.”
