The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission has named Bryan Malinowski the interim executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT), following the resignation of Ron Mathieu, who left to become president and CEO of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International (BHM).
Malinowski has 27 years of airport experience and joined LIT as deputy executive director in 2008. Prior to that he had leadership roles with Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), El Paso International (ELP), and Lehigh Valley International (ABE).
The airport commission says it plans to begin a nationwide search this summer for a permanent leader of Arkansas’s largest airport, which had slightly more than 1 million enplanements last year.
