POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs upper-level project management duties of considerable complexity, with responsibility for contract writing, analysis, management; project management; planning, budgeting, organizing, coordinating; and directing personnel, material, and physical resources within tight timelines to achieve project objectives. Specifically, Project Managers manage discreet projects or multiple projects rather than fixed teams of personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Negotiates, writes, interprets, analyzes, and manages contracts for real estate leases, airline related operations, and professional services.
– Ensures contractual and project compliance with federal, state, local rules and regulations, and Authority policies and procedures.
– Assists in identifying and meeting contractual and facility needs of new airlines and airline support tenants.
– Prepares, evaluates, awards, and manages solicitations for professional services, including surveys, appraisals, and title searches.
– Establishes administrative procedures and guidelines to ensure effective project/program outcomes and scheduling.
– Reviews and acts on project management, administrative, and operational issues.
– Coordinates with other departments within own organization and external agencies to ensure efficient flow of communications and services; interprets, explains and ensures compliance with project/program requirements, regulations and procedures.
– Prepares and/or monitors project/program budgets, monitors status of allocated funds and controls expenses.
– Prepares financial analyses, contract abstracts, slide presentations, and verbal and written presentations to groups within and outside of the organization.
Performs other related duties as required.
