Mangum Reed Named Servy VP, Business Development

Servy, the enterprise self-service platform for Grab and other hospitality offerings, said this week that Lauryn Mangum Reed will be its new vice president, business development, tasked with business development and strategic partnership activity for the Grab Airport Marketplace with airport authorities, developers, restaurants and retail partners.

Mangum Reed has been in the airport concessions business for nearly a decade, having begun 2012 when her family opened a café, The Refuge Coffee Food and Wine, in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), as a subtenant of HMSHost.

In 2017, she joined Stellar Partners, rising to the position of director of innovation and business development, focusing on innovation, technology and strategy.

“With her vast business experience and relationships across the airports industry, Lauryn is an excellent addition to our squad and one that will further strengthen our strategic partnerships,” said Jeff Livney, Servy CEO. “We continue to expand our team with talented people who will help us realize our ambition of being the leading self-service platform for hospitality businesses across the world.”
