Anna DiGregorio, director of marketing for MarketPlace Philadelphia Management, has been named a Media Customer Champion by 1to1 Media, the independent publishing division of Peppers & Rogers Group.
DiGregorio is one of 12 winners who were announced recently at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
DiGregorio works with nearly 4,000 associates with more than 170 retailers and restaurants. In her role, she developed a customer-service initiative, Cutting EDGE! (Excellence Drives Great Experience), that rewards concessionaires for providing a consistent passenger experience. She also works with partners to create leadership seminars, frontline training programs and coaching sessions that reinforce standards.
“Anna is dedicated to working with our merchants to provide customers with positive experiences and this recognition not only shows her passion for her work, but her knowledge of the industry,” says Mel Hannah, vice president and general manager at Philadelphia MarketPlace Management, which operates concessions at Philadelphia International (PHL).
1to1 Media’s Consumer Champions program recognizes customer-centric leaders who use innovative approaches to instill customer-focused strategies throughout organizations that make a positive bottom-line impact, according to a news release.
