The Airside 2 Hub of Orlando International (MCO) is now home to Cask & Larder, a new restaurant by Master ConcessionAir.
The 4,600-square-foot space is made up of a restaurant, marketplace and satellite bar. The restaurant’s menu offers Southern-inspired cuisine that is made of seasonal and regionally sourced ingredients. Breakfast offerings include the Blue Crab Benedict, Country Ham Biscuit Sliders and Skillet Cornbread. Some lunch and dinner options are Conch Hushpuppies, Key West Pink Shrimp and Grits, Southern Cuban Sandwich, Burnt Ends Meatloaf with Cheddar Whipped Potatoes, Pork Porterhouse with Apple Cider Glaze and Farmer Cobb Salad.
There also are kids menus and a grab-and-go market with sandwiches, salads, sides and snack boxes.
The bar features signature cocktails like the Public House Old Fashioned, C&L Lemonade, The Paloma and House Recipe Gin & Tonic. The beer selection offers brews made in Winter Park by Larry Foor.
“We are absolutely thrilled to bring Cask & Larder Restaurant, Bar and Marketplace to Orlando International Airport – Airside 2,” says Peter Amaro Jr., CEO of Master ConcessionAir. “It is the first farm-to-terminal restaurant to open in the Orlando International Airport. Farm-fresh dining is growing in popularity, and C&L is definitely one of the trendsetters.”
