Airport Experience News has selected Tracy Conner Harris as its 2025 Property Manager of the Year. Conner Harris serves as vice president of concessions at Orlando International Airport (MCO) for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

Montes, vice president and publisher of Airport Experience News. “Tracy and her team have created a dynamic and innovative program, and with even more exciting changes on the horizon, I’m looking forward to what’s coming next.”

Conner Harris has more than three decades of experience in the airport industry, all at MCO. She started her aviation career in 1993 when she joined MCO as a strategic planning aide. She next served an eight-year stint as a market research analyst for both cargo and passenger marketing before joining the properties team in 2003 as a contract administrator. She was named manager of concessions in 2013, was promoted to assistant director of concessions in 2022 and, later that year, was promoted to vice president of concessions.
Conner Harris will be honored at the 2025 AX Awards Gala, the culmination of the 2025 Airport Experience Conference slated for March 29-April 1, 2025.
