MEM Launches Assistive Software Tool

Memphis International Airport (MEM) has launched Recite Me, an assistive toolbar that helps the airport provide an inclusive online experience, enabling visitors of all abilities to access the website barrier-free.

The assistive tools include a screen reader, multiple reading aids, translation to more than 100 languages, customizable styling options, and more.

“We are excited to further our mission to prioritize customer experience,” said Terry Blue, president and CEO of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority, which oversees MEM.  “FlyMemphis.com users can now customize their digital experience while visiting the airport’s website with a wide range of accessibility and language support tools.”

To launch the airport’s accessibility support tool, visitors can go to flymemphis.com and click the accessibility button located on the left side of the screen.
