The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) has named Nathan Luce as its new director of airside operations and public safety, while Kenneth Parrish has been promoted to director of procurement and Lori Morris has been appointed director of terminal operations.
In his new role, Luce is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning for airside operations at Memphis International Airport (MEM) including airfield management, communications/ dispatch, emergency planning, aircraft rescue firefighting, public safety, and airport security. He has been with MSCAA for 15 years, most recently serving as director of procurement.
Parrish is responsible for overseeing the operations of the procurement department, responsible for MSCAA’s purchasing, bidding, and contract services. Parrish joined MSCAA in 2017 as the manager of procurement.
Morris is now responsible for leading MSCAA’s new terminal operations department, which includes the ticketing, baggage, ground transportation and parking areas. Morris joined MSCAA in 2011 as the manager of environmental services and brings more than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering to her new role.
