BOCA RATON, FL (December 3, 2018) – Airport Experience News has chosen Michel Falcon as the keynote for the upcoming Airport Experience Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Falcon is an entrepreneur, international keynote speaker and author who leverages his People-First Culture™ philosophy to create customer experience, employee engagement and company culture strategies to grow businesses.

“Michel combines all the key aspects we look for in a keynote: engaging, educational, compelling, and relevant,” says Ramon Lo, publisher of Airport Experience News.  “As we have re-branded to Airport Experience News, our focus is on the many points of opportunity that we as an industry have to engage a traveler from curb to gate.  Michel’s talking points and approach to customer experience, company culture and employee engagement are representative of that focus.”

Falcon is a graduate of Capilano University in Vancouver, British Columbia.  He has spoken to and consulted for various companies such as Verizon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Electronic Arts, Toyota, Alfa Romeo and Lush.  In addition to being a speaker, Falcon is also a business owner, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants in downtown Toronto. Falcon is also the author of “People-First Culture: Building a Lasting Business By Shaping Your Focus From Profits to People”.
