Minute Suites, which provides private suites for travelers during layovers, opened its first location in New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The new site, in Terminal 4 near gate B39, features has seven suites and a bathroom with a shower.
Minute Suites now has twelve operational locations across nine U.S. airports.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with JFKIAT – the operator of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport since 1997,” says Daniel Solomon, Minute Suites co-founder and director. “Since it is a bustling hub for both domestic and international travel, JFK T4 is important to Minute Suites’ continued growth and expansion.”
Ed Midgley, vice president of customer experience and commercial at JFKIAT, said he looks forward to offering the service. “As passenger volumes continue to increase, Minute Suites will serve as a private retreat for our customers to relax during their travels,” he said.
