Mission Yogurt has opened TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Terminal C at John Wayne Airport (SNA).
The concessions operator said it had been working for several years to bring TAPS to SNA, originally in partnership with the brand’s previous owners. After TAPS was forced to shutter existing locations last summer due to financial challenges, Mission purchased the brand with a goal of resurrecting the beloved local concept within the airport.
TAPS at SNA will feature a variety of the restaurant’s signature and beloved menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as the Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass and TAPS’ famous Brewer’s Fish & Chips, as well as a sushi bar. A selection of soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and entrees are also available, as well as grab-and-go options. The restaurant also features an extensive beverage menu that includes craft brews from Anaheim’s Brewheim Beer Makers, handcrafted cocktails and California wines.
“We are proud to once again make TAPS available to its many fans,” said Rod Tafoya, president and founder of Mission Yogurt, Inc. “The concept has been a favorite of Southern California diners since it was founded 25 years ago, and we’re looking forward to continuing that legacy for years to come.”
