MNAA Promotes Ramsey To Assistant Director Of Properties

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority has a new assistant director of properties.

Rebecca Ramsey, formerly manager of properties was named to the position after having worked for the authority since 1992.

“Rebecca’s creativity and commitment to providing superior concession options and facilities are evident in her accomplishments,” says Raul Regalado, president and CEO of the MNAA. “This promotion recognizes her outstanding efforts and her significant role in the MNAA team’s collective efforts to provide the Nashville Airports Experience to our passengers, partners and employees.”

In her new role, she will oversee the development and management of the commercial program, including food and beverage, retail, all other services and rental cars. She recently coordinated the implementation of Nashville International’s (BNA) new concession and redevelopment program. She also supervises staff and oversees their development and management of those areas beyond the non-airline commercial program including ground lease, airline agreements and other aviation-related services.

Ramsey serves on the Airports Council International-North America Commercial Management Committee and chairs the Concessions Benchmarking Working Group for that committee, and she is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in business administration from Trevecca Nazarene University.
