Mosaic Modern Fusion Joins Lineup At STL

HMSHost Corp. and Lambert-St. Louis International (STL) have worked together to open Mosaic Modern Fusion in the airport’s A Concourse near Gate A10.

The local favorite, founded in 2004 by Chef Claus Schmitz in downtown St. Louis, features tapas and fusion-style plates on a menu that includes Cuban meatball sandwiches, truffle frites, pot stickers, herb gnocchi, and hand-dipped fish and chips. Breakfast offerings include open-faced omelets, yogurt and fresh fruit plates, biscuits and gravy, and classic egg breakfasts.

“The food and the dining experience at Mosaic is a tremendous addition to Lambert,” says Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge. “We’ve worked with HMSHost to bring more local, upscale and unique venues to Lambert. Based on reaction from customers in the first few days of operation, we’ve succeeded.”

The restaurant also offers a full bar and full-service sit-down dining in a dé©cor featuring wood floors and intimate seating including open tables and booths.

“HMSHost is pleased to offer Lambert-St. Louis International Airport travelers exceptional dining venues,” says HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas. “Mosaic Modern Fusion is a great reflection of St. Louis as one of its best restaurants, and we believe travelers will find this local favorite both exciting and satisfying.”

The restaurant is open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Sunday, and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
