Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has opened several new concessions in advance of the busy holiday travel season, including a new Crisp & Green to provide healthy meal options for travelers. Located near Gate G22, Crisp & Green offers a breakfast menu that includes acai bowls and a selection of smoothies, as well as lunch and dinner grain bowls and signature salads.
Poppy’s Bagels, which also just opened near Gate G22, operates in the mornings, offering an assortment of bagels and toppings. At 10:30 a.m., the same location becomes Custom Burger, a quick-serve option that has a wide-ranging menu with a burger of your choice, impossible burgers, chicken sandwiches, cheese curds and loaded hot dogs,
MSP also announced the reopening of Shake Shack to serve passengers at its location in the food court on the airport mall at Terminal 1. For shoppers, Urban Undercover has opened near Gate G12, offering trendy travel essentials including bamboo convertible wraps, maxi dresses and leggings.
