MSP Tenants Conducting Sidewalk Sale

Twenty retailers at Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP) are participating in the airport’s sixth annual Soaring Savings Sidewalk Sale.

Travelers who pass through the airport between Oct. 13 and 19 can experience significant savings.

“Guests, tenants and employees alike look forward to the airport sidewalk sale all year,” says Liz Grzechowiak, assistant director for concessions and business development for the Metropolitan Airports Commission. “It lends a sense of festivity to the terminal and gives travelers a jump on the holiday shopping season.”

Participants include The Body Shop in the Airport Mall; tech merchandiser BluWire on Concourses C and F; Twin Cities Harley Davidson and Uptown Minnesota, which offers handcrafted local merchandise. Many of the retailers offer shipping. The sales are open to travelers with boarding passes. The event corresponds with Education Minnesota conference week.
