Murphy’s Deli Franchising Inc. of Houston, Texas, has won the bid to open a Gordon’s Galley by Murphy’s Deli Cafeteria at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), Terminal E.
The eatery will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a menu featuring egg dishes, yogurt parfaits, hot and cold cereals, hot and colds subs, a salad bar, wraps, paninis, soups, a coffee bar, desserts and beverages. There also will be daily specialty dishes.
Miriam Seiden of Seiden Retail Concepts LLC and Susan Prevost of Prevost Consulting LLC led the Murphy’s team in this endeavor.
“We felt this was the ideal concept for the Terminal E cafeteria and are expecting this to be just the first of many airport locations to come,” Seiden says.
