The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) this week announced that Paul Myers has been appointed its new executive vice president and chief operating officer, overseeing operations, customer experience, human resources, and information technology at Tulsa International Airport (TUL) and Tulsa Riverside Airport (RVS).
Myers brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in aviation management to his new role, most recently serving as vice president–safety and security for Omni Air International, an international Part 121 air carrier operating Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 aircraft.
“I’m thrilled to join the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust leadership team,” said Myers in a press release announcing his new role. “As a lifelong Oklahoman, I’ve seen firsthand how Tulsa International Airport and Tulsa Riverside Airport make a positive economic impact on surrounding communities. I am excited to use my experience in aviation leadership to serve the airport’s team members, customers, and the citizens of Northeastern Oklahoma to provide a safe, efficient, self-supporting airport system.”
Myers was placed following a search led by ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a consulting and search firm based in Jacksonville, Florida.
