New BNA Lounges Give Military, Their Families A Place To Relax

Military personnel and their families who are traveling through Nashville International (BNA) now have a new place to grab some downtime.

The Nashville International Airport Military Lounge was dedicated Aug. 18. The 336 sq. ft. room features a television, recliners, toys and vending machines. It is on the ground transportation level near Dollar Rent A Car.

“We thank the members of the U.S. military for their dedicated service and hope Nashville International’s new military lounge will enhance the Nashville Airports Experience for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families,” says Emily Richard, corporate communications manager for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.

Unlike many lounges at airports across the country, this one, which was funded by the MNAA, is not in conjunction with the USO.
