New Delta One Lounge To Open At LAX

Delta has released a sneak peak at its latest Delta One Lounge, set to open at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on October 10. Located in Terminal 3 adjacent to the Delta Sky Club, the 200-seat lounge offers Delta One passengers an exclusive lounge space to relax in after checking in through the private Delta One check-in area. The Delta One lounge is the second premium lounge from the carrier, following the opening of a location at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)’s Terminal 4 in June 2024.

The lounge features artwork by artists from the United States, Philippines, South Africa, Haiti, Japan and more; visual references to Southern California landscapes, old Hollywood glamor as well as Modernist and Art Deco touches. The Delta One terrace also features a Missoni-outfitted library and terrace as well as a wellness room, which includes eight private relaxation pods with built-in zero-gravity chairs and massage chairs.

The lounge’s food program will offer passengers table service to every seat in the space. The lounge’s menu includes a rotating selection of fare, including crispy duck tacos, pan-roasted salmon, roasted corn pizza as well as a year-round sushi bar. The lounge will also offer Delta One destination-themed Bento boxes with items from Paris, Tokyo and Boston. The lounge’s cocktail program features Delta One-themed destination beverages with airport code monikers, like the Mai Tai-inspired PPT and the gin-forward LHR.

“From JFK to LAX, the opening of this lounge allows us to offer our customers a premium experience from coast to coast,” said Claude Roussel, vice president of Delta Sky Clubs and lounge experience. “With a menu designed for our most discerning guests and the dedicated, individualized hospitality curated exclusively for our Delta One Lounges, our teams continue to raise the bar on service and elevate what an airport lounge can be.”
