Travelers passing through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) can now enjoy a new Delta Sky Club lounge in the airport’s Concourse D-Center Point. The over 24,000-square-foot club features 506 seats; a large buffet and two beverage stations; a 16-seat bar; sound-proof telephone booths as well as panoramic airfield views. The lounge space was designed to reference Atlanta’s nickname, “City in a Forest” and showcases work by Atlanta-based muralist Ryan Coleman and photographer Pam Moxley. The new Concourse D lounge is part of Delta’s expansion and renovation projects at ATL, which include a Concourse D expansion and lounge refreshes in Concourses A and C.
“As the heart of our operation, Atlanta is more than just a hub — it’s our home,” said Claude Roussel, vice president of Sky Clubs and lounge experience for Delta Air Lines. “This new space is thoughtfully designed to ensure that guests traveling through Atlanta feel the Southern hospitality of the city we know and love.
