Former Bangor International (BGR) director Rebecca Hupp has been named the new director of Boise Airport (BOI).
Hupp, who has served as airport manager at Aberdeen Regional (ABR) and started her career with the Kansas City Aviation Department serving in operations, marketing and business development, replaces Richard McConnell who left the position in November. She had served as the director of BGR since 2001.
The City Council will meet Jan. 24 to vote on Hupp’s appointment. If approved, she is expected to begin work in April. City of Boise IT DIrector Garry Beaty currently serves as the airports interim airport director.
