Five new shops have opened at Tampa International (TPA) as part of its ongoing concessions redevelopment.
New concepts in Airside A include Stellar Bay News + Market, Ron Jon Surf Shop and InMotion Entertainment, which are operated by Stellar Partners. Stellar Bay offers a variety of merchandise, as well as grab-and-go sandwiches, snacks and salads. Ron John Surf Shop is a Florida lifestyle brand, and InMotion offers brand-name portable electronics.
“Stellar has been a part of the TPA concessions family for almost 30 years,” says Susan Stackhouse, president and CEO of Stellar Partners. “We are delighted and honored to be participating in the Concession Redevelopment Program.”
New in Airside C is Tech on the Go, and Tampa Duty Free has been added in Airside E, both of which are operated by Hudson Group.
“Hudson Group is the ‘Traveler’s Best Friend,’ and Tampa International Airport’s new store concepts were built and designed with this is mind,” says Brian Quinn, executive vice president and chief operations officer of Hudson Group.
TPA has now opened 46 new concessions out of a total of 69 concepts that are part of the redevelopment.
“This has been a remarkable year of exciting new flavors and experiences for Tampa International Airport’s passengers – and these five new concepts are no exception,” says Laurie Noyes, vice president of airport concessions. “We’ve opened dozens of new shops and restaurants this year, including many local concepts, and we look forward to celebrating the completion of our historic concessions expansion next year.”
