The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking competitive proposals for the operation of a single-unit food and beverage concessions in Terminal 2 located at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (the “Airport”). All Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Administrative Offices of the Authority. Shipping packages should be sealed and marked on the outside “Terminal 2 Marketplace Food & Beverage Concessions, Raleigh-Durham International Airport”, and have the name and address of the Proposer printed on the package. Proposals received after the time stated above will be returned unopened. The Authority, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend the response date for Proposals.
An online or in person Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 26, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Terminal 2, pre-security conference room 3410. The room is accessed through the glass door located adjacent to Panopolis in the ticketing lobby. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The conference will be followed by an optional tour of the location at 3:00 p.m.
