Hold rooms are being overhauled to enhance the customer experience; many feature dining, shopping and services. Concessionaires are redesigning their concepts in order to stay relevant. Technology is playing a larger role than ever in airport parking. The airport and concessions nominations are in for the ARN Awards. Regardless of whether it comes from local or national brands, airports say a sense of place remains a priority. The Edge4Vets program teaches veterans to adapt the skills they learned in the military to civilian jobs.
