The City of Phoenix Aviation Department (Aviation) anticipates issuing a Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for On-demand Ground Transportation Services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) in 2016. Aviation is conducting the following series of meetings to provide an overview of the RCS process for interested business entities. Aviation strongly encourages interested business entities to attend all 3 meetings, since each meeting will progressively cover various aspects of the solicitation process.
