OTG And United To Bring New Concessions To IAH

OTG and United Airlines will be expanding the food and beverage and retail offerings in Terminals C-South and E at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH). The new plans are expected to completed in the latter half of 2017.

OTG will add eight new restaurants in the terminals that are inspired by Houston cuisine. The restaurants will also feature OTG’s signature Flo iPad technology.

The new offerings in Terminal C-South will include Magnolia Meatball Shop, a concept by Chef Christopher Williams that will offer classic comfort food with a twist; Agave, an authentic taqueria by Sharon Haynes; and H-Burger, a “ranch-to-table” restaurant by Chef Antoine Ware that will serve local, fresh and natural dishes with a Houston spin.

New concepts coming to Terminal E are Q, a restaurant by Chef Greg Gatlin that will feature traditional southern barbecue staples; Gavi, a restaurant offering a Houston take on Italian cuisine by Chef Ryan Pera; Yume, a sushi exhibition kitchen and ramen bar by Chefs Chris Kingo and Mike Tran; Tanglewood Grille, a restaurant offerings hand-cut steaks, build-your-own burgers and fresh seafood by Chefs Seth Siegel-Gardner and Terrence Gallivan; and Beerhive, a concept focused on local brews that will offer a variety of bar pies, sandwiches and salads.

“Our team at OTG has been working hard for months to bring Houston a reimagined terminal experience at Bush Intercontinental,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG. “With the announcement of these expanded concepts, we are one step closer to making that a reality for Houston’s travelers.”
