OTG Brings Ciba to Orlando, Named “Best Concessions at JFK”

The Port Authority of New York-New Jersey (PANYNJ) presented OTG Management with its 2006 Customer Care Award for “Best Concessions at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)” at its annual Customer Care Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 31.

Based on its Performance Measurement Program, which includes customer satisfaction surveys, mystery shopping and facility inspections, OTG won the award. It was singled out specifically for “its cleanliness, employee attitude and overall pleasurable experience for your operations at Terminal 6.”

Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG, says, “our crewmembers are hardworking and dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for our customers. Our success is also due in large part to our strong working relationship with both the Port Authority and Jet Blue.”

OTG is the prime concessionaire at JFK’s JetBlue Terminal, operating more than 15 facilities.

The company will also enter Orlando International (MCO) by early 2008 by bringing three of its Cibo Express Gourmet Markets with bars and one stand-alone unit in Airsides One and Three.

The organic dining concepts bring nearly 1,000 distinct food and beverage items, both fresh and pre-packaged to go.
