OTG, Clear Partner To Enhance Concessions Service

OTG Management and Clear, which uses biometric technology at airports around the country to speed up travelers’ trips through security, have partnered on a pilot project at Orlando International (MCO).

Members of Clear now can order snacks as they go through the security line, pay using Clear’s touch-to-pay technology and pick them up at OTG’s Cibo Express Gourmet Markets at MCO. Positive response from customers and partners over the past five months has driven Clear to make this a permanent benefit of being a member.

The company is looking to expand the program into additional airports.

“We understand the many pain points and bottlenecks travelers face today and are very excited to ease the stress with this new program,” says Caryn Seidman Becker, Clear’s chairwoman and CEO.

Phil Brown, executive director of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, says, “With the full launch of this program, our airport partner expands this seamless program for busy travelers and helps deliver on our goal of providing an elevated level of customer service.”
