OTG Management Brings Bar Brace, Crust To LGA

Bar Brace and Crust, two concepts from OTG Management, have arrived at Delta’s Terminal D at LaGuardia (LGA).

Bar Brace, the inspiration of New York restaurateur Jason Denton, offers paninis and bruschetta; it is located at the end of the terminal.

“We first introduced Bar Brace last November at Delta’s JFK Terminal 3, and are now thrilled to be opening its second location at LGA,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG.

Crust features thin-crusted, Neapolitan-style pizza baked at 700 degrees and was developed in partnership with Jim Lahey of Sullivan Street Bakery.

“With fresh ingredients, an extensive wine list, and elegant design, Crust will become a quintessential N.Y. spot that travelers will look forward to,” Blatstein says.
