OTG Management Brings Taste Of France To LGA With Bisoux

Bisoux, a French bistro developed by OTG Management and New York chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, has opened its doors at the LaGuardia’s (LGA) Terminal D.

The new dining spot offers French bistro fare, including goat cheese and fennel tarts and steak frites. Designed by ICRAVE, the main feature of the Parisienne brasserie is its latticed ceiling; it is backlit to allow light to filter through the cracks, and the overhang is inspired by the passage of light through the Eiffel Tower.

There is a full bar in the 1,200 sq. ft. restaurant, which also offers power outlets at every table.

“Bisoux is the latest addition to the Delta NY Experience,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG Management. “It’s great to see how the entire program is progressing and we’re excited about what’s to come.”
