Another CIBO Express Gourmet Market is the latest addition to lower-level shuttle area of Terminal C at LaGuardia (LGA).
The market in the Delta Air Lines terminal offers locally inspired and sourced foods made fresh, as well as healthy and beauty solutions, gifts and electronics.
It’s part of the extensive redesigns undertaken in recent years by Delta and the Port Authority of New York-New Jersey to overhaul the much-maligned airport. The airline has invested at least $260 million in overhauling Terminals C and D at LGA since 2012.
Terminal C at LGA opened in1983. Delta selected OTG as its concessions partner for Terminal C in 2012. About 9.2 million total passengers utilized the terminal, generating about $45.5 million in gross concessions sales in 2015, according to the ARN Fact Book.
OTG officials say the latest iteration of the CIBO market features an updated free-flowing and modern design.
“With our partner’s recent renovation of the Terminal C Lower Level shuttle departures area, we decided to expand our offering in order to further support the needs of Delta and their customers in this new space,” says OTG spokesman Michael Marchese.
