OTG has opened six new “global bazaar” concepts, encompassing three venues, at Newark Liberty International (EWR). The company is continuing its strategy of offering dual-concept venues that include breakfast concepts in the morning that transform into an entirely different restaurant for the rest of the day.
This week OTG is debuting the Asian street food concept Wabi-Sabi, along with Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, and Uptop Pizzeria, a build-your-own pizza concept. .Each lunch and dinner concept begins the day as its breakfast counterpart: Crepe Juliet, Flip Flop Pancake Shop and Breakfast Boli, respectively.
These new operations join OTG’s previously announced dual-concept brands which opened in April, including Custom Burger and Philly Cheesesteaks, which are Eggy Weggy and SupremeBowl in the mornings.
OTG worked with design company Rockwell Group to create the concepts and the dynamic change-over concept. After the breakfast rush, each concept completely transforms signage and décor, taking on a completely different look and aesthetic.
