OTG Re-Opens PHL’s Sky Asian Bistro

Award-winning airport food and beverage operator OTG Management re-opened its redesigned Sky Asian Bistro at Philadelphia International (PHL).

Not only was the restaurant refashioned with new design features such as custom chandeliers, cherry blossom designs and an open kitchen format, but OTG worked with renowned celebrity chef MIchael Schulson of Sampan restaurant to re-work the menu as well.  Now featured are Asian culinary delicacies from sushi to Cantonese cuisine done with an American twist. The menu will also include items from Schulson’s restaurant.

“We’re really excited to bring this fresh take on authentic Asian cuisine to Philadelphia International Airport,” says Michael Coury, head concept chef for OTG Management. “Partnering with Michael Schulson has been a great experience; the insight he has given this concept can be seen in the wonderful details of each dish.”

The restaurant is located in PHL’s Concourse C which is managed by MarketPlace Philadelphia Management, the local management company for Boston, Mass.-based MarketPlace Development.

“Passengers now have a unique, relaxing, culinary retreat in Sky Asian’s redesigned environment,” said LeJeune. “We’re always striving to update and expand our offerings, while delivering creative food concepts to our travelers.”
