OTG To Transform PHL’s Terminal B

OTG Management is gearing up to leave its mark on Terminal B of Philadelphia International (PHL).

In collaboration with American Airlines, MarketPlace Philadelphia and the airport, a capital investment of more than $30 million will be made for OTG to bring in chef-driven concepts and iPads that use OTG’s Flo platform.

“Our team is inspired by the revolutionary work ahead at Terminal B at Philadelphia International,” says Rick Blatstein, OTG CEO. “”In collaborating with American Airlines, MarketPlace and the airport, we’re all working together to create a completely reenergized American Airlines PHL hub. The traveler’s experience at the airport will be transformed by incredible Philly chefs, redesigned gate areas and exciting new retail.

OTG will open eight new restaurants and will bring food and beverage options to 15 gate areas. Chefs that will be heading up concepts include Kevin Sbraga, Nicholas Elmi, Erin O’Shea, Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka, Anne Coll, Joe Cicala, Stalin Bedon, John Myerow and Michael McCaulley.
