P.F. Chang’s, which offers fresh, made-to-order Asian fare, opens its doors this week at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County (DTW).
The restaurant was awarded in March 2014 to HBF APU JV LLC, a joint venture between Hojeij Branded Foods and its local Detroit-based partner, AP United.
It’s the second P.F. Chang’s opened in airports by Hojeij. The first was at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL). The menu includes 35 starters, soups, salads, entrees, sides and desserts; menu examples include chicken lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp and Oolong Chilean sea bass. Its airport locations also include breakfast offerings for morning travelers.
“We’re proud to bring P.F. Chang’s unique, Asian-inspired experience to the Detroit-Metropolitan Airport,” says Mike Welbourn, president of Global Brand Development for P.F. Chang’s. “We look forward to welcoming guests ready to enjoy a culinary journey as they travel with our fresh menu, robust flavors and signature service.”
