Pacific Gateway Concessions will be opening its first eco-friendly concept at San Francisco International (SFO) this fall.
Destination Green will feature a variety of environmentally friendly products from the Bay Area, including clothing, accessories gifts and house wares.
“This initiative continues to demonstrate that PGC is committed to offering new alternatives to the traveling public while being cognizant of environmental issues, and supporting the local community,” says Frank DeLaCruz, managing member of Pacific Gateway Concessions.
The store, in Terminal 3 Boarding Area F and the first of its kind at the airport, will cater to customers who want to feel they help save the planet.
“One of SFO’s key principles is to achieve environmental sustainability,” says John Martin, SFO director. “It is a natural fit for the airport to have a concession such as Destination Green where all products will be environmental friendly. Not only will our passengers and the airport benefit from this new concept store, but so will our environment.”
