For the second consecutive year, The Paradies Shops at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International (CVG) has been honored by the Cincinnati Business Courier as a Best Place to Work.
The annual contest, for which Paradies was named in the Small Business Category, is based on results of anonymous employee surveys, measuring work force engagement, and researching how employees feel about management effectiveness, trust and other workplace issues.
